Yavuz Hekim was born in Istanbul, on November, 3rd, 1977.

He took a step towards acting by taking a role in a documentary film called Latife Hanım firstly upon proposals submitted due to his likeliness to the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, the founder of republic of Turkey with his natural status.

Yavuz Hekim having Education in various actor coaches adopting the profession of acting played as Ataturk in the production of Mustafa Altioklar, called Emret Komutanim after the documentary film called Latife Hanım of Mehmet Ali Birand. Then he played as Ataturk in the movie called Turk Milleti Hazirdir directed by Tahsin Isbilen and the movie called Mustafa Kemal’den Ataturk’e made for TRT 1 TV by Nuran Bayer.

Yavuz Hekim playing as Ataturk in theatric activities he organized at Izmir Economy University and Afyon Kocatepe University played as an Ottoman soldier attaché in the movie called Valley of Strength directed by Dan Wolman, an Israeli director, shot in Jerusalem and Telawiv cities of Israel in October, 2009. Hekim agreeing to play in the movie called Matrioska the Last Take that will be shot in Bologna, Italy to be directed by Italian director Giulio Tarantino will take part in this project in 2010, February.
